Chapter I · What I build
I build software that people can trust and teams can maintain: clear code, tested data pipelines, and results that show their working. I treat privacy as part of the design, not an afterthought. Much of my work is open source, shipped with automation on GitHub Actions. I write the code, and I explain it plainly to the people who rely on it.
Chapter II · Projects
Eight of my projects, each with its code on GitHub. Each one is shown with a real museum object that matches what it does. Rarity comes from the number of commits.
A desktop app for roleplay chat with AI characters. The chat model, the pictures and the memory notes all run on your own PC. Nothing goes to a server.

An Arch Linux desktop with a local AI companion. You ask in vague words. She plans the steps, code checks each one against a safety policy, and hard tasks go to Claude Code.

A hardened wrapper around Microsoft Edge on Windows. It checks its protections before launch and stops if one fails. When it cannot enforce a check, it says NOT ENFORCEABLE.

An AlphaZero-style engine. PUCT tree search with a policy and value network that learns only from self-play.

I build things because I want them to exist. Many of them are local-first: tools that run on the user's own machine and keep their data private by default.
The Pulse Engine is the open-source community I started around that idea. I also wrote a transformer from scratch, from a character tokenizer to BPE, RoPE and a KV cache, to find out if I understood the internals or only the diagrams.
I work on the business side too: sponsorships, operations and ERP rollouts. Away from the terminal: Soulsborne games, Sanskrit and Buddhist terms, and a Samoyed.

I hate it more than C++. I did not think that was possible.
Getting a local model to act was easy. Deciding what it must never decide was the work.
